This project focuses on the Seamist Drive corridor and consists of the complete reconstruction of Seamist Drive between 11th Street and Kury Lane. A new storm water drainage system with in-line detention will be implemented to reduce frequent and severe structural flooding. Improvements will include a new roadway with curb and gutter, 6 foot safety buffers and 6 foot wide sidewalks.
