Mobility Plan

City Park TIRZ 12 has recently kicked off a Mobility Plan that will help us understand mobility needs in the area! The plan will identify mobility projects that 1) provide safe access to bicycle, pedestrian, and transit opportunities; 2) address the gaps in bicycle and pedestrian networks; and 3) reduce vehicular reliance to access local destinations such as parks, schools, and other community destinations.

TIRZ 12 Roadside Ditch Evaluation

Several roads in the TIRZ 12 area are drained by roadside ditches. Existing roadside ditch conditions in the TIRZ 12 area vary widely, with some ditches are being well-maintained, while others have overgrown vegetation, accumulated sediment and do not drain properly. The objective of this study is to conduct a condition assessment of roadside ditches on corridors within the TIRZ limits.
